The doTERRA Convention was held in Salt Lake City again this year. There were 30,000 people there! It's grown to the point that they have to have it in two arenas. Though it sounds overwhelming, it really isn't. The company has it down to a science and everything moves quite smoothly.
doTERRA has published a great summary of the convention. For all the details, click here: http://doterra.com/US/en/blog/events/doterra-one-convention-recap I'll be sharing different things I learned and the new products over the next week or so. In the meantime, check out doTERRA's website. Also, check to see if a Post Convention Tour is coming to a town near you. Make a way to attend and bring a friend. It's worth it! http://doterra.com/US/en/post-convention-tour-2016 Rosemary is one of my favorite herbs to use in the kitchen and it's a great essential oil to use while cooking. Here are some recipes you can try with doTERRA's Rosemary essential oil:

To order Rosemary, contact me or order from my website: https://www.mydoterra.com/elainelambert/#/ In the spirit of introducing you to some various doTERRA products, I thought I'd share how much I LOVE doTERRA's hair care system.
The system has four parts and I love each one of them. The shampoo contains Wild Orange and Lime, plus gentle cleansers, to give you clean hair without drying the hair or stripping the color. The conditioner is silky and smooth and leaves my hair soft and manageable. The two products I hadn't been using until recently are the Root to Tip Serum and the Healthy Hold Glaze. There was a time that I didn't prefer the serum. Then at my last hair cut appointment, my awesome stylist (Hi Bonnie!) told me to not weigh my hair down with too much product. My hair is naturally curly and tends to have a mind of its own, so my tendency had been to try to reign it in with multiple products. She suggested a light oil, so that reminded me of the Root to Tip Serum. To use the Root to Tip Serum, I rub a few drops onto my scalp and then through the rest of my hair, giving my hair a very healthy feeling. (Plus it isn't falling out much anymore!) After that, I rub in a small amount of the Healthy Hold Glaze. (It's really thin, so be careful the first time you squeeze the tube, otherwise too much will come out.) I blow dry my hair and it lies smoothly where I want it and lasts all day. If I skip a shower the next day, a tiny bit of glaze smooths out the flyaways. If you order the hair care system on Loyalty Rewards, you get an awesome deal: just $77.50 for all four products. Though all you really need to use essential oils is a bottle of a high quality essential oil, it's much easier to use essential oils when you have some basic tools.
I've created a webpage with some affiliate links to Amazon. There are other websites where you can shop for essential oil supplies, too. Here's what I recommend having on hand at a minimum: - Fractionated coconut oil or another plain oil for diluting - Roller bottles for making blends - At least two diffusers, one for the bedroom and one for the living area - Shot glass if the brand of essential oils you use can be used internally (not all can) - A reference book to help you learn how to take care of yourself with essential oils - A box or other container for holding your oils Then some extra things that aren't completely necessary but nice to have: - A keychain that holds small bottles so you can have your favorite oils with you at all times. - Sample bottles so you can share with your friends - Epsom salts: add oils to the salts then add to a bath Click here to see the tools I've picked out for you. |
